The company’s trade union organization is a member of the Russian Trade Union of Railway Workers and Transport Builders (ROSPROFZHEL). The union’s main purpose is to ensure a high level of social protection, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of all employees.
The most important aspect of the social policy of JSCo «RZD-ZDOROVIE» is the implementation of non-state pension provision for employees through the non-state pension fund «Blagosostoyanie».
